Proven in demanding industrial equipment — with mobile-fleet references
At Chelyabinsk Pipe-Rolling Plant, 40 tonnes of Hydraulic HLP 46 were filled into two new SMS Meer presses during commissioning in July 2010. The signed reference records five months of operation without oil-quality complaints. At titanium producer VSMPO-AVISMA, HLP 32 underwent about seven months of industrial trials in a Hasenclever press; the commission recommended continued use.
The application history also reaches beyond the factory floor. The 2019 customer letters from AkkordGeorgia and S T Service name HLP 46 and HLP 32/46 in their equipment fleets, with use reported since 2017 and 2015 respectively. These references connect the range to heavy industrial production, construction and road machinery — useful experience for Indonesian customers evaluating a change of oil supplier.

International OEM qualifications behind pump protection
The range’s qualification history includes officially obtained Bosch Rexroth, Eaton Vickers and Parker Denison approvals, together with equipment-maker recommendations and listings. These are supported by demanding pump evaluations, including the Eaton 35VQ25 and Denison HF-0 dry and wet tests. The HLP 32 entry in Voith’s 2024 operating-fluid directive adds another equipment reference.
A clear example is the manufacturer’s October 2014 HLP qualification matrix: HLP 32 recorded 5 mg ring wear against a 75 mg limit and 2 mg vane wear against a 15 mg limit in the V-104 evaluation. The ring result is 15 times below that test limit. The document registry sets out the covered grades and dates, giving customers a substantial, traceable qualification history to assess.
Product confidence — with Indonesian registration and local supply
Quality documentation makes the product easier to evaluate and receive into service. FEOTECH supplies TDS, SDS and batch certificates; the documented HLP 68 example, CoA No. 7338 of 21 September 2024, records GOST cleanliness class 6 and ISO 4406 code 13/10/7. Fresh HLP 46 has also undergone independent laboratory verification in Indonesia.
All four HLP grades are covered by Indonesian NPT registration documents valid through December 2030.
